Property borders acres of ball fields, wooded paths and open area to enjoy year round just outside my doorstep. Home is minutes from public beaches, Monmouth racetrack, Monmouth University, hwy 35/36, route 18 and Garden State Parkway.  Plenty of shopping including Monmouth Mall and other local merchants. The school systems are second to none in my opinion and are in walking distance.  Choice of four houses of worship within walking distance.  One is currently being built and should be completed soon.

 Whispering Meadows is a small community of 28 townhomes that were built in 1984.  Builders at that time tried to attract home buyers into buying townhomes instead of single family houses.  Therefore they built these particular units with large bedrooms and floorplans to persuade buyers to buy.   

This townhouse has 3 large bedrooms, two of which have their own balcony, 2.5 bathrooms, and a laundry room.  Wood burning fireplace.  Tons of storage space including a pull down access to the attic.
