--Natural gas hot water heat with:

Low Allergy Design

--The forced air system has dual stage filtration and ultra violet light air purification.

There is no wall to wall carpet.

Passive insect and mold resistance for the life of the structure Most all interior wood framing and built in cabinets are treated with sodium tetra borate (boric acid) to substantially decrease termite and other insect infestations as well as inhibit mold growth.

All floors are stained concrete and are well insulated (2+ times greater than building code requirements); most areas can be walked on bare footed comfortably even in the winter.
