We have also installed 2" faux wood blinds throughout.  The house also has a large attic, and an outbuilding with an awning (for a riding lawnmower) for extra storage needs. There are two covered porches and a large patio. The home has a super-convenient location, less than 5 minutes to the mall, only 10 minutes to Gunter AFB, and walking distance to the elementary school. The neighborhood has old growth trees, there is a preserve behind our back yard and a large natural pond down the street. Deer, rabbits, birds and frogs abound! Its a great place to raise a family or just enjoy peaceful surroundings, while still being in the city.
