The kitchen and 1st floor bathroom have tile floors, and the rest of the house has wood floors, carpet and area rugs. The first floor has the kitchen/dining area, a great room (with its own deck), a full bath, a laundry room with a new washer/dryer, and a 1/2 bath. The loft level has two bedrooms plus a 15' x 9' tv/sitting area, and a bathroom with two sinks, toilet and tiled walk-in shower.

One of the bedrooms here has a huge 8' x 20' private carpeted deck.

The finished daylight level (on the lake side of the house) has 3 bedrooms, a coffee center with sink, sitting areas, and a slider to the outdoor patio. Large boiler room with mechanicals and 2 oil tanks.

Included Furnishings
All furniture is quality. All bedrooms have queen beds, linens, mirrors and bureaus. One lake-level bedroom also has a twin bunkbed.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in the great room for extra guests. All told, the house can sleep 12 people.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 laundry centers. The living room has a large tv and dvd/vhs player; the loft has a tv/vhs player; the lake-level has a large tv and dvd player as well. Cable tv runs on all three floors.

A modern heating systems ensure cozy warmth all year round -- hot water baseboard with 4 zones! and Super-Stor domestic hot water).

Nature
Enjoy the serenity of a quiet lake (electric motors only, no power boats). Watch the beavers, herons and loons, or fish for brown, brook and rainbow trout, large and small mouth bass, and other fish. Maybe you'll spot a moose across the way!
