This house is a custom built home on one (1) acre. The house is located 8 miles South of Lucedale, Ms between hwy 63 and 613, with easy access to Mobile, Pascagoula, Lucedale and less than 60 min from Biloxi and Gulfport, Ms. The house is well built with all framing on 16 " centers and with extra hurricane strapping. A guest bedroom, and the guest bathroom, master bedroom and master bath are connected by an over sized square hallway which can be closed off by a hallway door for added privacy. The guest bath has a free standing antique look vanity and round mirror, toilet and full tub and shower. The master bath has a walk in shower with 2 shower heads and 1 seat, vanity and toilet. The garage bath has a standard shower, vanity, and toilet. The floors are porcelain tile except the bedrooms which are carpeted. All windows have 2 inch blinds which can be negotiated in the home price. The room in which we chose to convert into a garage was a 624 ft mother-in-law suite/ guest suite which has its own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area. This room doubles as a garage and excercise room with the above features as well. This room can easily be converted back into a master or guest suite if the buyer wishes. This area of the house is connected by a 15 x 8 foyer/mud room. The property is partially fenced with 6 ft treated wood privacy fencing and nicely landscaped with various trees and shrubbary and low maintenance flower beds. The back yard is level and would make a great spot for a swimming pool! There is a detached carport and storage at the back of the property, carport is 20 x 28 and the storage is 32 x 16. In conclusion, this house has lots of extras and is a must see! It is a really nice house in which the owners need to relocate. The owners will observe any reasonable offer. Email for appointments!
