A white wooden picket fence surrounds the property. The Pigeon river runs thru the northwest corner of the acreage. There is a 70' by 40' Amish built barn with 5 stalls and a finished office. Several other out buildings are on the property. One building is finished for chickens or can be used as a kennel. We have a 21 ' round pool with a deck. This is always fun for the children to enjoy. There is another 400 foot deck between the house and the garage. Great for cookouts or just relaxing. The house has hickory Amish built cabinets, 2 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful sunroom that has several large windows to enjoy the view. This sunroom is in addition to the livingroom. The house is the only one on the road and is a half mile from the main road. Wonderful place to live and an especially nice place to raise your children!!!!
