Does it really matter what I write here anymore?  This crappy economy has made it SUCH a buyer's market that it is next to impossible to impress anyone anymore.

Heck, I bet I could say something outrageous like the fridge in this move-in ready home dispenses diamonds and you'd probably yawn.  Or, I could say that the five stall horse barn has a live-in goose that lays golden eggs, but you'd just roll your eyes and move along to the next house on the list.  Maybe I could ramble on about hundred dollar bills mysteriously sprouting from the meticulously maintained flower beds.  Unfortunately you'd probably still think you could find a better deal if you kept looking.

So instead of going on about the sprawling acres loaded with wildlife, the complete horse facilities, the additional pole barn, the jetted tub, walk-in closet, HOME WARRANTY, Pergo floors, ceramic tile, brick patio, above ground pool, blah, blah, blah...I'm just going to say this; COME SEE IT!  It's a great house that we built ourselves and have lovingly maintained.  It's priced at a friggin' steal.  SO SOMEONE STEAL IT ALREADY!

*Diamond dispensing fridge, golden egg laying goose and money sprouting as if from nowhere are complete fabrications.  The house has the rest of the features listed, but not those.  Sorry.  Seller is not held responsible if you got your hopes up that you had found the motherload.  However if you DO find a house with those features, buy it immediately.  Or call me and I will because that would be sweet.
