Very nice well built brick home in the country. The home set on 3 adjoining surveyed parcels that total just under 3 acres. The main floor has natural finished hickory hardwoods with ceramic tile in the two bathrooms upstairs. Upstairs is the masterbedroom with a room that can be used as a nursery, office, or small bedroom.  The main room has a naturally finished pine vaulted ceiling.  Kitchen cabinets are maple with raised panel doors.  There is also a finished walk out basement that has laminate (floating hardwood) flooring in the main rooms, lanolium in the bathroom, and colored concrete in the utility room and storage room. The walk out basement has two bedrooms. The home has a covered front porch the full length of the home. Under the front porch is a full lenght storm shelter that is accessible through the basement. There is also a concrete patio in the rear of the home that runs the full length of the house. There is not an attached garage, but there is a detached 3 bay metal garage that measures 30' x 40' that has one manual overhead door, two automatic overhead doors and a 3' man door. The garage is insulated, has a concrete floor, and has interior and exterior lighting. The property also has another small metal storage storage building. These appliances were purchase new when construction of the home was completed.  I have been very pleased with the electric bill for the home.  Compared to other homes in the area the electric bill is very low.  The home have good quality windows (Anderson) and is well insulated.  I have also installed a gas line and stand alone fire place for back up heat in the basement, but have never had a tank set for it.
