There is also a free bus just a five min walk down the hill from our house in green knolls. We are one block from trader joes, five from Equinox and are also only blocks from Lord & Taylor, Gap, Banana Republic, Starbucks, Fig & Olive, A&P and soon to be Fresh Market. Our house is next door to Greevale Elementary school (won the Blue Ribon for Education Excellence in 2009) and there are plenty of nice parks and places to walk around. Taxes are approx. $11640 with STAR rebate and as a resident, you will be able to join Lake Isle country club at a discounted rate. The PO is Scarsdale and we are in the Eastchester School District.
