House in picture was sold.  I am building the same style house just down the road from this one

with a little different floor plan.  Instead of the laundry in the bsmt there will be 2 bedrooms downstairs and a huge master suite with the laundry on the first floor.  With a specially designed insulation package with radiant barriers, and the house will have a Geothermal heatpump.  I will be making a new add as soon as we break ground.  The 8000 credit from the government is only available till the end of November so act now.  I will make all the credits that I can (IE geo - low e windows-insulation upgrade) available to buyer so they recieve the credits on this years tax return  (Also the new design has a 1 car garage in bsmt)
