Washer and dryer upstairs. Painted all walls and ceilings. Installed or replaced 8 light fixtures & 6 ceiling fans Replaced 2 shower units and 2 shower/tub units, wallpapered, added exhaust fans and replaced the toilets in all four bathrooms. Also, we have enclosed all four units with glass doors. EXTERIOR- Roof is only 3 years old. New, high quality Alcoa shake siding has a lifetime warrantee. Never needs painting. Rebuilt master bedroom porch and stairs. Added a 12′ x 44′ deck on the side overlooking the best views. It also connects the front porch to the master bedroom porch. New handrails installed on back porch and stairs. Painted all exterior doors, front handrails and pylons under the house. Added insulation and installed two light fixtures under the house. Built a large new outdoor shower with hot and cold water, concrete floor, and partitioned to allow for a dressing area where clothing/towels will stay dry. Rebuilt 10' x 11' dock with gate and ladder, and had it stained. LANDSCAPING- Redesigned the landscaping to make the most of the spectacular views, yet low maintenance to make the most of your time. All new concrete driveway, walkways and area under house. New foliage including new sod for the lawn & 7 palm trees. Also, installed automatic sprinkler system in yard.
