MODEL HOME. On Amen Corner of TPC Golf Course of the Twin Cities.

First off, we LOVE this home. We're having to move due to work.

This was the model home for the builder and has tons of extras. They made this home to show, and when my wife and I went through the home prior to purchase we agreed everything was "Intentional". Two fireplaces, multiple styles of stone throughout, gym / bedroom , bar in the basement, three car garage, and professional landscaping.

The master bedroom and bathroom are fantastic. The walls have a unique texture and really add to the look of the room. The bathroom has amazing tile work and jets in the tub. The floor is heated and makes a huge difference when on.

The downstairs is fabulous for entertaining or keeping the kids busy. The layout of the home is very spacious and allows for almost any style of interior design.

All materials used were top of the line and upgraded to display what the builder could do. We have the largest lot int he development with a natural area adjacent that cannot be developed. This area will remain green. Very useful if you have kids or pets and need room to run. The neighborhood is amazing as well. The people are great and work to keep the development in great condition as well as very safe.
