I LOVE my condo. I love my quiet, small condo community and the security I felt there as a single female. I just got married and my husband wanted to move to a house. You will love this condo. Upstairs it has a large master bedroom with a ceiling fan and a large closet with built in shelves and drawers. A TV mount is attached to the wall. It also has a window seat. There is a master bath as well. The laundry hook ups are right out side the master bedroom. Two other bedrooms are upstairs. One has a ceiling fan. There is a full bath upstairs. The main floor has a half bath, a closet with storage under the stairs, a nice sized kitchen and a living room. All appliances will stay with the house. There is a nice patio off the kitchen. It is cool in the evening for summer BBQ's. The garage is a single car but there is plenty of parking right next to the house. This condo is 5 minutes from Gateway and 5 minutes from 5th south in Bountiful. I-15 and 215 are easy to get to.
