Buy while prices are low.  This home is a good investment.  It is very easy to live in or can be a seasonal rental; either summer or winter or year-round.  I wont say it is nestled among larger homes but there are several within throwing distance. 

Isle of Palms is a lovely beach community just minutes away from Historic Charleston.
