Our home is located on the West end of Morristown and Hamblen county (county resident). We are 10 minutes or less from any shopping we need, Panther Creek State Park, and Cherokee Lake. Knoxville is about a 35 minute drive. Our home is priced $10,000.00 below its current tax appraisal.

Our younger kids use the storage room as a play room. The 2 car garage is very spacious with a storage area perfect for a lower level laundry room or work room. We park 2 SUVs in the garage. Additionally, the garage has shelving units in place that will stay with the house and additional storage under the steps. The attic has been partially floored and shelved for additional storage. All main level rooms have ceiling fans. Appliances to stay include an electric stove and dishwasher

Some things we have really enjoyed about our home are: The Deck - we absolutely love it and use it nearly every day. We love the sense of privacy and nature around us. The View of the Smokies is great, especially on a clear day. The Pool/Hot Tub are awesome. The Lot (little more than 1/2 acre) backs into 10+ acres of woods. The Front Porch - perfect for relaxing or chatting with neighbors. The Kitchen Bay Window - we have enjoyed many mornings (and evenings) eating and watching the wildlife roam through our backyard. The Comfort - it just feels like home.
