Hello, my name is Art and I'm the designer, builder and owner of this home.  If you like amazing views and peace and quiet this home is for you.  The exterior of the home was designed as a cape cod style with the interior of a center hall colonial.  The result is a very deceiving appearance from the road; which doesn't convey the over 4,100 sqft of the interior.  Enjoy the view from the covered front porch before entering into a large foyer centered between a formal dining room and living room.  Relax in front of a Vermont castings wood stove in the sunken family room or make a snack in the spacious kitchen before heading out on the private rear deck to soak in the sun.  Don't forget to look up at the designed plastered ceilings throught out the house when you come back in.  The downstairs family room offers a great place for the kids to play while mom and dad step out to relax on the covered patio with wonderfull views and room for a hot tub.  For the hobby lover there is a hobby room in the finished lower level with plenty of room for storage.  When it's time for bed go upstairs to a large master bedroom suite with room for a king size bed and sitting area with his and her sinks in the roomy master bath. The view from the master is fantastic.
