Log Home in Bradford County's Endless Mountains

Log Home located in  Athens Township, Bradford County PA.  The home was built in 1998 and is accessed by a deeded Right of Way.  Though it only has 2 acres, it is very private and quiet, situated in the middle of a 100+ acre vacant lot.  Athens is a rural township, yet only 10 minutes from Town.  In Town "The Valley" there is plently of shopping, dining, good schools and the counties best hospital and medical facilities.  The home consitists of 3 bedrooms plus a loft / office.  The first and second floors total 1452 sq. ft.  The home does have a partially finished dry basement, with an outside level entrance.  The basement could add an additonal approx. 500 sq. ft recreation room, plus there is a partially finished second bathroom / laundry room and a utility down there.  The home has hot water base board heat, though we never use it.  We heat the home 100% with the wood stove in the great room.  There is also a wood stove in the basement.  The home has 20+ft. cathedral ceilings and massive glass windows that provide mountain views for miles.  Most of the the flooring through-out the house is Pergo.  We have a large, raised wrap around deck and an above ground pool.  There is one outbuilding on the property that we converted into a dog kennal w/ runs.  The home is approx 1 mile from Round Top Park.  It is a 500 acre park that has a picnic area, pond and lots of walking and ATV Trails.  The park is open to hunting during season.
