My husband grew up in this split level home. We are in a very small (3 Streets) neighborhood of dead end streets. Everyone has a dog and/or kids because it is safe to do so. Our back yard is spectacular if you like lawn, woods, deer, bunnies, chippies and privacy. We own "up the hill" as my mother-in-law used to say. It is very pretty and tranquil. We have a shed for storage and backyard room to store boats and toys. The floors are original oak or tile. The kitchen is efficient, the bathrooms are small. The master bedroom is quite big with lighted his and her closets. We use the fieplace for 3 seasons but oil heat and forced hot water was needed for the 4 boys that grew up here. The fireplace is romantic. We are selling the house to retire to the warmer climate.
