Arbor Place Subdivision - 3bd/2bath house with 2 car garage

It is located in Arbor Place subdivision off of Walnut Lane in Aiken county.  Just a couple of minutes from I-20.  The street is very quiet and spacious.  It is 1505 sq feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The master bedroom has tray ceiling and is huge as well as the wall-in closet.  The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room have ceramic tile floors.  The living room has hardwood floors and the bedrooms have carpet.   The living room and foyer have 10 foot ceilings.  In the kitchen, we put in a new sink, faucet and hardware on the cabinets.  The kitchen appliances stay.  Throughout the house, we have installed faux wood blinds.  The house was professionally painted with eggshell paint that wipes off any handprints, etc.  The baseboards have been repainted as well.  When the bathrooms were tiled, we put in new elongated toilets.  In the laundry room we added a cabinet over the washer and dryer.  The backyard has a privacy fence and a storage shed.  The flushmount lights have been updated as well.  New show-er heads in the bathrooms too.  We have added cable outlets in the master bedroom, living room, bedroom #1 and the garage.   Ceiling fans are in all of the bedrooms and living room.  Everything is in great condition.  Email me if you want to see more pictures or have questions about the house.  We are not offering for rent to own.  Thank you!
