This house is worth the visit as soon as you walk inside, I promise. The South side of timber has possibilities of a pond being built....Previous owner started a dam but a lot of work still needs to be done...... winding driveway cut over half a mile into the timber-Circle drive at house.... It has guest full bath with multiple cabinets, master bedroom bath with multiple cabinets, two huge bedrooms with walk in closets over ten ft deep, spacious loft that we use as an additional 3RD BEDROOM (you can very easily build a privacy wall and enclose it for true bedroom feel but great for guests sleeping over) overlooking large living room and window overlooking open field and timber, kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, fireplace- the cap for the chimney had been partially ripped off during a storm and will be replaced with a new one, paid for, and will be finished. If you want deer, turkey and other wildlife right at your fingertips, walking through your yard than this is the place for you. If you don't believe me I have plenty of trail cam pictures! If you are a hunter then your chin will drop come winter time because these white tail Bucks walk right through your property! If you fish as well you are with in just a few miles of two different lakes!  Continue west on Emerson and see it for yourself! For out of town people: There is an IGA grocery store, Dollar General, 3 car dealerships, 3 auto service centers, excellent eye doctor, regular doctor’s office, chiropractor, 3 restaurants, 2 gas stations, 2 hair stylists and a barber shop, TAXIDERMY SHOP (It’s my dad’s, contact me if you’d like to see his display room), wonderful school district with a great staff throughout. In Carlinville just 13 miles south is about everything you could ask for including a super center Wal-Mart and a brand new hospital just built last year along with two different dentists and so much more. If you commute to Springfield it is just under 30 minutes of driving, some parts of Springfield even less. I also have an out building with finished drywall and cabinets with counter top, shelf and two windows for window unit. Central air and wall mount heater in living room for extra warmth. Everything has ran flawlessly for the 6 years I have lived here. It has city water and the septic is an aeration system. All appliances stay. The interior is surrounded by over 30 thousand dollars’ worth of hard wood floors and walls, 20' tall vaulted ceilings in living room and loft (Lower flat ceilings for bedrooms/bathrooms), and two sets of 8x8 wood beams. Back porch over looks south timber as deer become visible in the winter time hitting the same trail each and every day with the peaceful sound of the creek near the edge of the property.
