Ten acre parcel zoned for "Forest Recreation" in Utah's Dixie National Forest. This property at 7,700 feet of elevation is basically square. A gravel driveway from Old Highway 14 leads to the highest point on the property where a 12 by 16 foot insulated and furnished cabin is situated. Underground electricity is already buried and available for immediate connection at the western property border. Water rights are owned and included with this choice building site.

Jeffrey pine (ponderosa family), juniper, and dwarf oak are the native trees. Purple sage serves as the primary ground cover. A relatively flat meadow is found on the southern portion of the land.
