After nearly eight years here, we believe the time has come for us to put our property up for sale. We have thoroughly enjoyed every minute here, and to be perfectly honest, we will miss it dearly, but we have simply outgrown it. Where is it located?
We are right in the Historic District of Downtown Hendersonville between 3rd and 4th Avenues. We are 5 blocks from the public library and 7 blocks from Main Street. Walking downtown is definitely one of the biggest perks about living in this home. You can enjoy a brisk Spring walk and be window-shopping on Main Street in 15 minutes. Hendersonville is a wonderful place to call home.

What is special about this home?
The pride we have for our home is reflected in the way we care for it. This property is easy to maintain as it is, but we were always looking for ways to make it even better. When we first bought it in 2004, the house was white inside and out, and the landscaping was minimal. For me, being an artist, I saw it as a blank palette. Over the years, we:

-Painted everything in a myriad of lively yet tasteful colors
- Replaced all flooring with new tile, hardwood, or carpet
-Replaced or added to existing lighting and ceiling fans
- Rocked in front porch and replaced roof panels
- Landscaped entire yard with ponds, rocks, various perennials, trees and a garden
- Added addition to shed for extra storage
-Added stone patio in back yard
-Installed plastic and insulation under house
-Replaced old sewer line from house to city connection
-Gave kitchen cabinets a full makeover
-Replaced nearly all doors inside and out
-Added a dishwasher in kitchen; upgraded oven
-Just added a brand new Samsung refrigerator and over-the-range microwave!
-Replaced ALL windows one year ago!
