3 bedrooms: 1 - The master bedroom is spacious and includes a walk-in closet, a large west facing window and a bathroom nook with granite topped vanity and access to the full bathroom. 2 - Good sized east facing bedroom gets great early morning sun but is shaded in the evening making it a great room for young kids. We have used this room as our children's bedroom and have been pleased with how we've been able to accommodate them in that space. 3 - Third bedroom is similar in size and shape as the second. We've used this room as a playroom, but it would make a great extra bedroom or an office as it includes a cable hookup and a telephone jack. 2 bathrooms The second floor bathroom has a full bath/shower and lots of counter and bathroom storage space. The main floor bathroom is a half bath. Living room: Good sized living room with a wood burning fireplace and beautiful mantel. Kitchen/dining area: The kitchen is bright and clean. It includes newer laminate flooring and a new stove and dishwasher. The laundry room is just off of the kitchen and the home comes with a washer and dryer. All of the bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room have ceiling fans. The back patio area is fenced offering a very private feel. There is a storage shed in the back as well. We've done a lot of updating throughout and have maintained it well. It's clean and has been perfect for us as a starter home. The HOA fee is very affordable (40.00 a month). We have great neighbors and ward. It's a good location with easy access to both BYU and UVU campuses. There is a park right across the street with a great play area.
