We have a 1618 square foot ranch that sits on .45 acres. We have redone this house from top to bottom, with very little left to do. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a living room, dining/kitchen, walk in closet, long center hall, and a florida/sunroom (needs finished). We have completely re-done the kitchen with custom made oak cabinets, and corian countertops. We have re-drywalled every room, and added several closets. The master bedroom has a aromatic cedar closet. We have enclosed a side porch into a sunroom, and completley upgraded both the plumbing and the electric. We have added central air, a new roof, upgraded the heating, and put in high efficentcy lighting. We added a 32'x16' 2 story barn in the back yard, as well as built a cedar fence around 1/2 of the yard. We have a custom built "rocket" swingset for kids, as well as a concrete pad dog kennel.
