Country living at it's best!

Home sits on 13 acre scenic bluffside surronded by wooded country setting(very quiet). 37x46 pole building w/concrete floor w/catch basin and garage door openers, 24x16 covered concrete dog kennel, a heated log guest cottage w/loft, 8x8 log changing room w/deck which matches the log cabin. This property is very private, just 3 min. from Hokah, 6 min. from LaCrescent, and 12 min. from LaCrosse. Many scenic benches and swings, I plant an acre and a half of corn, an acre of sunflowers, all left each year for wildlife. I've got a salt lick, a 8x8 corn crib which I fill every spring & fall. There is a corn feeder which kicks out 2lbs. in the morning and at night for the turkeys and the pheasants. At the end of the driveway there is a thousand plus acres of D.N.R. where they planted wildflowers and native prairie grass. Needless to say it is a hunters paradise or a nature lovers dream! Move to Min. cheap Taxes! The house has a new roof 10/07, and a new furnace, just recently we put in a new pressure tank, and recently a new tankless water heater.
