Elizabethton 6 apartments - income over $20,000 per year

There are 4 single bed apartments and 2 with two bedrooms. The building is just outside Elizabethton city limits. Each apartment has own kitchen and bathroom and separate meter readings for electric. There ae 6 parking spaces. A locked laundry room at back containing washers and dryers is for the use of all apartments who have their own key. All 6 apartments are currently let. The four single bedroom apartments rent for $325 per month each and the two by two bedroom apartments rent for $400 each.

I am selling as my wife and I live in Northern Ireland and we wish to invest in wind turbines (a Government scheme which appears to be very profitable). We have owned for about 7 years and although tenants leave from time to  time there has been no problems finding new tenants.

If someone can apply 'hands on' management the profit after all expenses could be greatly enhanced as we currently pay for management of the apartments and for all the odd jobs such as grass cutting.
