The Restaurant
Laminate floors and eight wrought-iron booths give the first floor a unique atmosphere. The first floor has a butcher-quality kitchen, but the main grill/bar area was planed for the front portion of restaurant by entrance door were patrons could watch their orders being prepared. This front area has plenty of room for exhaust hood, grill, fryer, cold table, counter space and hand sink. The area is very flexible allowing you many options.
The Apartment

Theater room has security monitor with three outside cameras. Madison has the second lowest crime rate in Indiana, but I'm frequently out of town.
Cellar
The cellar has head room with concrete floor. New equipment in business area can easily be wired through floor. Accessible water supply with valves and drainage in the cellar.
