Beautiful brick home built in 1915 by attorney Melvin Taylor. It has been our home for the last 20 years,we bought it from the Shehee family who bought it from the Taylors in the 1940s. In almost 100 years we are only the third family to live in it. It has never been a rental.Home maintains much of its original features and charm. We have made many improvements over the years. Galvanized plumbing has been replaced with pvc, 28 double pane replacement windows (all except basement), much new wiring (done by licenced electrician).
