The knotty-pine boards are all tongue and groove. The very large living area and kitchen have an open floor plan with 10 foot walls and a cathedral ceiling that peaks at 15 feet. The kitchen appliances are all stainless steel. There is ceramic tile throughout except in the carpeted bedrooms. In the great room is a brick, wood-burning fireplace with an ash trap, a wood box that loads from the outside, and built in fans to force the heated air into the living space. The kitchen appliances, the washer and dryer and most of the furniture are included in the sale, as well as an outdoor smoker for your ribs and roasts. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a tall oak head-board and double closets. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds that each sleep 3 people. There is a double bed below with a single above. It too has double closets. There are TV and phone jacks in both bedrooms. The house faces east for the morning sun. There is an 8 foot deep covered porch across the front of the house. The house has six inch, well insulated walls, insulated attic and double pane tilt-out windows. The garage in the back extends the full width of the house and has two garage doors at either end for pulling your boats or cars into one end and out the other. There is storage above the garage, accessed by a pull down ladder. There is a campfire pit on the property for sitting around in the evening or for roasting marshmallows. Membership dues to the Harbor South Property Owners Association are $105 and the waste management fee is $45 both paid quarterly.
