Wonderful front porch with screened eating area, listen to the waves while you dine. New roof, windows, doors, stucco, kitchen, floors, a/c, driveway, and all exterior concrete, Interior has just been repainted and decorated . Not a flip house, same owner for past 7 years, we love this house but family requirements are pulling us back up north.
