This home, right on friendly, tree lined Fair Avenue, is an incredible place to raise kids in beautiful Bexley! Our boys have walked to school ever since they started kindergarten! We've enjoyed this warm, cozy home for 15 years. While living here we could walk out the door and go to any of the many sporting events held on the high school football field.  Worried about the noise.  There really isn't much that contributes to the noise with exception to football Friday nights, only during football season.

Everything is in close proximity and a wonderful walk down beautiful streets filled with lush, mature trees. Just one block north is the Cassingham Elementary School playground, a couple of blocks south is the Bexley Library, and several blocks southwest is Grater's Ice Cream Parlor. Enjoy the annual Fourth of July parade one block east and don't forget your lawn chair and the family dog!

This home has more room than the average homes, in this price range, in Bexley.  The family room is very large and can be divided into a reading nook or music room, small office with a large window and sitting area overlooking the back yard.  You can see the kitchen from the family room and enter the kitchen from the side door/driveway side of the home.
