Beautiful cozy home, a must see. The house was briefly on the market and then pulled off before being placed back on through for sale by owner just in time for spring, and tax returns (so much cheaper to sell by by owner). The best news is that the house appraised for 172k in July 2006.  Do not follow the 3rd party appraisals that FSBO.com offers.  Completely Innacurate.  The appraisal for my home for example does not include home features such as a fireplace, basement (wow, what an oversight), etc.  I can make you copies of the most recent home appraisal should you come by to take a look. 

While on market briefly in fall, several realtors said it was the NICEST HOME they have seen in the area. MANY IMPROVEMENT SINCE THE APPRAISAL. This house is an absolute steal for the buyer thanks to the housing market crash. Asking price is the FAR LESS THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE DESPITE APPRAISAL AND IMPROVEMENTS! Massive walk-out basement - renovations in basement now almost finished (partioned, drywall,paint,already ready for a bar) renovated back 2nd story porch, fresh paint throughout, gorgeous hardwood floors (ornate designs), new door hardware and light fixtures, front yard re-landscaped, large backyard with deck, great neighbors and community, (antique streetlights to be added this year), Large bedrooms, masterbathroom attached to masterbedroom with walk-in closet. The location is great, between 124 and 78, Community is across from library. I wish could have stayed longer. Perfect cozy colonial layout with front porch, truly a dream house. Come see for yourself!  If you are looking to Rent, this can be worked out too (we would have to meet, a lot of work went into this home - so I would need to make sure you would be a good tenant).
