TENANTS:  This has been the best tenants ever! Unfortunatelly, I would rather cash out for my wedding and get the property sold. They haven't bother me for nothing. They have actually fix the garbage disposal, taken care of the front, back and side yard by watering it, fertilizing it, and cutting it, painted the inside of the house, etc. They have also paid on time and I have bank statements that will prove this fact. Since they have a young daughter, they love the fact that their next door neighbor [homeowner] has a kid who plays with her. ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: This subdivision has no HOA's.You can walk to small shopping next door which has Food Lion,chinese restaurant,dry cleaners,gas station,US Postal Service,etc. Right on University Blvd which means you can take the bus anywhere.
