It has a full basement with easy access through the rear of the house with room for a hobby shop, or additional living area.  The views from the deck and sliding patio basement doors are inspiring.  It has huge heated  garage that will accomodate 4 cars.  

 The property is on a gently inclined hill and suitable for gardening, playground or several football fields.  The length  around the land is about .4 miles and makes a great walking  path so you can excercise and not leave your own property.
