Our newly-built villa, is located in Cardinal Cove, an intimate village of only 44 private villas. Cardinal Cove's elegant blend of Bermuda and Caribbean Island-style architecture rests between a pair of emerald lakes. The tropical flavor is intensified by an abundance of shady palms and lush landscaping. When you walk into the 54,000-square-foot club and spa you will think you are on vacation in the Caribbean or Hawaii. The lush gardens, palm trees and tiki torches added to the multi-pool lagoon with waterfalls, slides, gazebo-shaped whirlpool are the center piece of this complex. Have lunch at the pool side Gator Grill over looking the golf course, a 400 foot boardwalk and lake. The Club & Spa services include massages, facials, and full-day spa packages. The fitness facility provides spinning, yoga, water aerobics, interval training, cardiovascular and weight-training equipment which can be used on an individual basis or with the assistance of on-site personal trainers. Our villa has almost 2000 square feet of living space, including a large-screened and tiled lanai that is perfect for private breakfasts in the warm sunshine with its inviting eastern exposure. Raised panel Italian cabinetry, Corian countertops, and a custom-designed gourmet kitchen compliment the professionally decorated interior. All of the essentials, from luxury linens, an espresso machine, a computer with internet ability, three televisions, two VCRs, and two DVD players to a full-equipped laundry room are provided. You can also swim in the neighborhood pool at the end of our street. It is a turnkey villa, just bring your clothes and clubs.
