Charming Country Farm

The house has 23.35 acres. It was built in 1925 and an addition was put on in the 70s. Its 1,584 sq ft. finished with a 784 sq ft unfinished basement. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one off the master). There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room and one in the unfinished basement. The home has been completely renovated. The master bath has tiled shower and wood floors. The main has a claw foot tub in front of the windows and a unique claw foot corner shower. There is a creek crossing for trucks, tractors, horses so that you dont have to go all the way to the road to get to the far pasture. There are three automatic waters around the property. A riding ring has been started and a large area cleared to expand the riding ring.
