As you will see from reading the following, this home is a good value for the money. Home have recently sold in the neighborhood for over $200,000. Your investment would be a sound one. We have been pleasantly surprised at how low our utilities are for such a spacious home. Water, sewer, electric (this home does not use gas), and trash pickup average about $200-$215 per month.

Our home is located just minutes from 465, 65, and 74. Downtown is only 12 minutes away. The northside of Indianapolis is 20-25 minutes away. Parks abound, and children can attend award-winning Franklin Township schools. The library is less than five minutes away. Major shopping and hosptials are only ten minutes away. Our quiet little neighborhood is near it all!

We love walking in the evenings with our children down to the neighborhood park with a playground and walking trail. Our neighbors are extremely friendly, and it will be hard to leave them. Our loss is your gain.
