This Ocala National Forest property is extraordinarily unique. Our career paths and educational needs have changed since we bought here and have to move as soon as we can. We can not afford two mortgages, so for this reason, we priced the property $55,000 below a recent appraisal. There is a summary of the appraisal in the picture gallery. On 3.39 acres, our property is a major find for an outdoor enthusiast. The house is a 3/2. It has a rock fixture in the middle of the common area with water flowing out of it into an indoor pond with two bridges crossing the pond to different parts of the common area. The kitchen is a large, eat-in country kitchen with an, almost new, very nice gas oven/range. The living room is quite large and compliments the house's social atmosphere. The common area of the house has a vaulted ceiling. A Ben Franklin Wood Burning Stove Fireplace compliments the dining area and has forced air to make it function as an additional source for heat. The lot is beautiful. The yard is fenced in and will contain medium to large dogs. There is fenced pasture separately. We keep several Black Arabians in this area. Beyond the pasture area, there is a dock by the pond and two man-made islands with bridges to them. One of the islands has a gazebo on it. The view is spectacular over this 25 acre pond. Bring your horses or include ours in your negotiations! We see several types of wildlife, sometimes several times a week, but never, ever, see a human neighbor unless we travel.

 

All we really want is to pay off the mortgage and walk away from closing with enough of a down payment that the seller of the house we want doesn't laugh at us.  This is why we just reduced the house by $45,000 more.  Mostly, we need to move very badly because the commute, gas, and time taken up by driving is killing us.  We can structure the sell any way it works for the buyer.  Very valuable horses can be included and repairs/upgrades can be included.  We will not be insulted by any offer that leaves us with any kind of cash out of closing.  If you are a horse person or any kind of outdoor enthusiast, this property is perfect for you.  If you have kids or grandchildren, the property is even more perfect.  We have made huge improvements to the property and continue doing this.  We are, currently, replacing portions of the roof with new decking, felt, and shingle; along with portions of the rear deck.  We have no secrets and don't be nervous about asking anything about this house.  This deal is incredible enough that we believe honesty is a benefit to the potential buyer.  If you are someone who wants "move-in-status" or "turn-key", we will structure the sale so that it is.  We believe the land, alone, is worth our asking price, but for the right person or family, the residence is perfect.  If you have an idea of something you would want different, just let us know and we can structure the selling price.  Our current mortgage is public record so there is no hiding how much we need.  We just need enough for some sort of down payment on a house in DeLand.  That is where we, desperately, need to move.  Thank you for visiting our listing and please call for anything.  Most of our house has been moved into storage and there are more boxes always being packed and waiting for the trip.  Also, there is ongoing construction projects because that's the way we are.  God bless and happy house hunting.  matt - 386.804.3066 or matt@CorporateMobileSolutions.com
