The Sunroom is the favorite area to sit and view the Amish farms or watch it snow while warming yourself by the fire.  The wood stove has glass doors enabling you to see the flame.   All common areas are hard surface flooring with carpet in the bedrooms only. Large utility room is located off the garage and the basement is partially finished and dry.  The roof was replaced in 2007.  Nice garden shed included.

The property has been successfully established as a vacation rental with returning guests and has been paying for itself since we have relocated to Texas.  It is located in the heart of Amish country within walking distance from downtown Shipshewana and its world famous flea market. It is also great as a primary residence. Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by Amish farms where it's not unusual for an Amish buggy to come visiting. 

The property is currently booked with guests into October but we will cease our advertising in June while we are trying to sell.  All furnishings, linens, dishes can go with the house or not.  We have included $6,000 in the price to reflect everything staying with the exception of a few decor pieces.
