This condo is the corner unit and the only one that sits next to Tawas River and also overlooks stunning Lake Huron. Both the side and front windows offer spectacular views of Tawas Bay all the way to the Lighthouse on the point. Inside you will find a stone fireplace in the living room equipped with gas logs. The sliding glass doors in the living room open to a wraparound balcony desk. Also included is a 30 ft boat slip.

The thing I enjoy the most about this condo is its closeness to so much water! You can step out the back door and the river is only 10 steps away. This is perfect for fishing or just taking a walk along the river. If you take the stairs down to the finished basement you can make a drink at the full wet bar then walk outside through the sliding glass door to the boat dock. I absolutely love everything about this condo during the summer.
