This home was built in 2001. It was built with 4 bedrooms. Three of which have walk-in closets and the master bedroom has a full size bathroom. The bathroom in the Master bedroom is very spacious with plenty of cabinet space and a closet in the bathroom as well. There are 3 rooms on the top level and two full size bathrooms. I have all the appliance information and warranty information for the buyer. The roof was replaced in 2008, I also have that information as well. Going down about 5 steps to the lower level is another full bathroom and a large bedroom with a walk in closet and unique shelved wall. Going down about 4 more steps is where the garage used to be, as we have turned it into a beautiful bonus room. If any buyer wishes to have the garage instead we would happily have the wall removed (as we did not remove the garage door just built a wall behind it) to make it a spacious 2 car garage. If buyer so chooses to keep it as a extremely large bonus room it is fully insulated with heating and air, with beautiful dark bronzed chandelier. It's uniquely shaped ceiling makes for an amazing setting. The back yard is completely fenced in and has a large back deck and a matching good sized dog house, the house is also equipped with a doggy door. It does have a cover if you do not have a dog. We do not have one and the cover is just great for us. There is a storage building on the side of the house and plenty of storage under the house that stay nice and dry for those holiday decorations.
