You can walk to the beach in less than ten minutes. This makes it great for attending music festivals and other events,  Less than a ten minute walk to Rudee Inlet for jet ski rental, and fishing excursions. Less than a five minute drive to two golf courses; Red Wing and Owl Creek. Hundreds of great restaurants are located within walking distance. (My favorite is Big Sam's on Rudee Inlet.) There are a very limited number of units,in the building which makes it very exclusive. If you are looking for a place to have fun with easy access to the beach this is the one.
