The large family room is made more comfortable during winter months with a separate gas stove. The kitchen has been upgraded with solid surface countertops and appliances. The garage is 24' x 24' with a bonus storage room above with separate access. There is a carport big enough for a third car/truck/boat, as well as a storage shed with a work table-all have electrical access. With a good offer, we are willing to pay the $8350 Class V initiation fee, provide lawn equipment, and some furniture.
