I have been part-time working the vineyard May thru August in the mornings; there is some work to do all year round. Sales are around 10k, expenses are about 4-5K. The vineyard is not really a living, but with an open winery, the venture would be a living. I just do not have the time to devote to the project. So, I am looking for a partner to take it to that level or to sell the place. This would be a great start for a winemaker or retiree or ?
