This house has four bedrooms: two on each side of the house. There is a formal living room and dining room and a large family room that has a fireplace. The kitchen is wide and open with a "kitchenette" area. The family room and formal living room both have sliding glass doors to the pool and patio. The roof was replaced shortly before we purchased. New stainless steel refrigerator, oven with glass-top range, microwave and dishwasher were installed just previous to our purchasing the home.
Items we are including in the sale: the 2.5 y/o washer and dryer (the dryer was just serviced and the belt replaced) and the warranty on the washer and dryer which expires May 09; the 2.5 y/o Toro lawn mower which has been serviced twice; a generator for hurricane emergency; all yard tools, weed eater and fertilizer spreader; all pool cleaning equipment; patio furniture; all kitchen appliances!
The deck wraps around the pool. There is also a "patio deck" with patio furniture, and a side deck for yard maintenance equipment. The entire deck is wired for electricity! The back yard is HUGE! It is totally fenced in. We are in the process of resodding a portion of the back yard on the side where we took out some trees.
The garage has an attic for storage. Wood for hurricane-proofing the windows is currently stored in the garage. The kitchen appliances were purchased in 2004 by the previous owner. The house is wired for an alarm system but must be hooked up again. The sprinkler system runs off RECLAIMED water, so watering the lawn is NOT expensive! The pool is not on reclaimed water.
This is a very quiet, urban, clean neighborhood with homes originally built in 1984. Many are only now coming on the market. This property has access to one of the small lakes in the sub-division. There is a homeowners association for the sub-division: Carrollwood Springs Homeowners Association and the dues this last year were $255.0 for the year, paid on January 31st, '08.
