Great house for family fun and lasting memories.

We love this house. We raised our children in this house and had a blast. There is a volleyball court, zip line, basketball court and room for a small baseball field. We had many great parties with well over 100 people with plenty of room. The house is between 2 businesses. That seems to put people off. It did me at first, but I quickly learned this was a benefit, not a problem. The main benefit was not many neighbor kids running in and out at all times. However, it is close enough to town that my kids had plenty of playmates. Living on US 40 was not bad. The house is far enough off the road that my kids played in the front yard with no problem. Also, US 40 always gets cleared first in bad weather, so we never got snowed in. The backyard is huge. The inside is really homey. There is a large kitchen, dining room, small tv room, living room with working fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and laundry room. In the basement (not finished) is a small wood burning stove. We have a gas furnace and central air. There is an attic with one small room thats almost finished. Our older son slept there until he left for the service. We are not counting that room as a bedroom. The main reason we have moved into a bigger house is that we want to start having foster children and the house that we have purchased is perfect for this.
