Home with acres and workshop in South Hall

Because of health issues we are selling our home. To give you an idea of what it is like to live here you will find a brief explanation below. Our home sits on 2.87 flat acres with over 500 feet of road frontage. If you look to the right of the front porch you will see a beautiful field, approximately 58 acres. Looking out straight from the front of the porch you will see a wooded area behind that a 500 acre estate. There is a house back there somewhere but you will not see it in that you cannot see another house from the front porch. It is a wonderful place to have morning coffee and enjoy the many species of birds, the cardinals are my favorite. But remember you do eventually have to go to work. You may have an occasional visitor, one of the local deer. Then there are the different flowering trees, now we are enjoying the vast number of flowering bushes and it appears as a giant bouquet of flowers. I will really miss the two huge butterfly bushes with the hundreds of butterflies that stopover for the summer. The nearest neighbor is 2000 feet from us, a bachelor with a beautiful home. We have really enjoyed the tranquility of living in our over 2200 sq feet of heated space home with the double garage. We have such happy memories of entertaining our friends and family during the holidays with our huge dining room with fireplace, extremely large kitchen, and adjoining sun room. We had blast during the Sugar Bowl this year with friends in our great room with our flat screen TV inserted over the fireplace. My husband a diehard Ohio State fan entertaining diehard Arkansas fans, wow and no neighbor complaints. I do have an extra benefit in that our home has been completely remodeled inside and out by a local building contractor who happens to be my husband. My husband is particularly partial to the 24X24 building in the back of the house that complements the house. I love it because he keeps all his stuff out there that I dont want to see. Our friends tell us it would be a perfect place to store a boat or have a shop for past times such as working on cars, woodworking, or whatever interest a person may have. So if you are tired of the neighborhood scene maybe this could fit your needs. One other thing, our dogs Molly and Bo will really get mad at us when we move if they cannot bark all they want in another house.
