MICHIGAN HUNTING LODGE

Lodge is located on one hundred sixty heavily wooded acres of prime hunting territory in North Central Michigan. It is situated three miles from a paved state road and a half hour from the Gladwin Airport, which is capable of landing a Learjet.  A stream flows through the three trout-stocked ponds, which are adjacent to the lodge. There are several deer blinds throughout the woods. Wild raspberries and blueberries grow in the woods beside the lodge.

The exterior of the lodge and garage have recently been vinyl sided. The picture windows are double paned vinyl. Deck on two sides overlooking pond. New roof and upgraded screen doors. Garage is two plus sized - vinyl siding covered cement block.

Interior of the lodge is entirely paneled in knotty pine. Laminated wood floors in the newly remodeled kitchen, dining and bathroom areas. Living and bedroom areas are carpeted. Ceiling throughout is knotty pine wood paneling with beams.

Heating is propane and electric. There is a natural stone fireplace in the great room.

Kitchen has a working island with bar stools. There is a Jenn-Aire gas grill and a commercial stainless steel stove. Refrigerator is a large side-by-side. Disposal in sink. Large pantry and lots of cabinets.

Bedrooms: Master has a king-sized bed and second one has two sets of bunk beds as well as a twin. There are also sofa beds in the living room. Bathroom has a double sink vanity and glass enclosed shower.

Basement has a large storage area. New hot water heater. Electric power, satellite dish for TV plus phone are already in the lodge. Lodge is being sold fully furnished with everything needed for immediate occupancy, from the poker table right down to the silverware in the kitchen.
