Spectacular ski-in ski-out lot at Breckenridge ski area.  Incredible views of the entire ski area with all ten peaks of the Ten-Mile Range as the backdrop.  Sweeping panoramic views from southeast to west.  Awesome sunsets above the mountain peaks.  Borders the National Forest.  Easy ski-in & ski-out to Breckenridge ski area via intermediate trails through the National Forest.  (Ski-out through National Forest trails 200 ft to Lower Lehman and then ski down to Beaver Run lift.  Ski-in National Forest trails 1/2 mile from Double Jack/Flap Jack.)  100 ft from a babbling brook in the National Forest that will be able to hear from your bedroom.  Easy access to trails for hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and mountain biking.  Walk to town 1/2 mile via the legendary "Burro Trail".  Quick hike 200 yds to beaver ponds.  Easy hike 3 miles to a lake.  Trails extend for miles, and miles, and miles.  Access to trails that lead to the mountain peaks for the adventuresome.  Downhill lot allowing garage to be on same level as living area.
