Although not very pretty, the garage with benches, peg boards, storage shelves and a car port is quite handy for a small car, lawn equipment, tools and seasonal items. Besse Anne's Barn has a concrete floor on half with amenities. The other half has a dirt floor. Yours is a great non-Edwards well (can you say, "No regs and no meters!") with a new tank and 5 hp pump which takes the water from the north to the south end of the property. When other wells were going dry in the drought yours was going strong!

You will live about 25 minutes to 2 Super Walmarts, shopping, etc. ,-- go west to Uvalde or east to Hondo-- plus only 5 min. to basic necessities. This is an easy, under one hour, straight shot to San Antonio staying the speed limit! Yet, you still get your privacy, no bugging neighbors, no city noise, and all the stars twinkling in the evening sky.
Within about an hour you have Seaworld, the San Antonio River Walk, fishing, shopping malls, Garner State Park for camping and hiking, operas, tubing, museums, amazing exotic game hunting, Living Waters Church, exquisite dining and the best Mexican food in the country. San Antonio International Airport is only about 1 hr 15 minutess driving. It takes longer than that from some areas "in" San Antonio! Uvalde airport is apx. 25 min. driving.
